How to render HD videos?

Okay, we just finish an amv. So how do we render it but in HD? For those who have no idea how to do this just follow the steps.

Follow this quick and easy steps:
1]Go to File in the upper right hand corner
2]Look for "Render as..."
3]Write whatever file name you desire
4]Look for "Save as type" and scroll down to "Sony AVC(*.mp4;*.m2ts;*.avc)"
5]Look for "template"and scroll down to "=Internet 1280x720-30p"
6]Make sure to unchecked "Render loop region only" *This is important because if you don't it will only render the part that you highlighted.
7]Then click save

rendering HD video takes you longer than non HD video.
